I watched one of my dearest teachers pack up her mat for the last time.
She wasn’t leaving yoga. She was leaving because after years of early mornings and weekend workshops, she couldn’t afford to keep teaching what she loved. She wasn’t alone. Yoga teachers and wellness professionals doing life-changing work walk away — not from yoga, but from the impossible choice between making a sustainable living and honoring their calling.
I felt their pain and shared their struggle. I too have been there as a solopreneur trying to succeed in an unbalanced world. Then I found the reason for the imbalance.
