Meet The Founder
Yoga has been part of Alicia’s life for more than a decade. Long before SutraSuite existed, she practiced because of what yoga brought into her life: presence, perspective, discipline, and a deeper connection to herself.
At one point, she seriously considered becoming a yoga teacher herself.
But the closer she got to the business of teaching yoga, the more she began to notice something that concerned her. Incredible teachers were doing deeply meaningful work, yet many were struggling to turn that work into a sustainable living. And the tools available to help them often seemed to create more complexity rather than less.
Alicia was looking at that struggle through a different lens.
Before SutraSuite, she had spent more than fifteen years in marketing, business development, entrepreneurship, and leadership, building brands, developing businesses, creating strategies, and helping organizations grow.
She knew what it took to build a business. And she knew the yoga community deserved access to more of that knowledge.
The problem wasn’t that teachers weren’t talented enough, committed enough, or working hard enough. Many had simply never been given the business infrastructure, technology, and support that other entrepreneurs take for granted.
That realization changed the direction of her own journey.
Rather than simply asking how she could become another teacher, Alicia began asking a different question:
What could I build that would help more teachers succeed?
That question became SutraSuite.
Today, Alicia brings both sides of herself to the work: the yogi who deeply respects the practice and the entrepreneur who understands what it takes to build something sustainable.
She isn’t interested in changing what makes the wellness community special.
She wants to give the people within it the tools, knowledge, and confidence to build something of their own.
