SutraSuite Terms of Service

Welcome to SutraSuite (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SutraSuite platform, website, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Services

SutraSuite provides subscription-based software tools for yoga teachers and studio owners, including but not limited to website hosting, booking systems, automation tools, membership management, and related digital services.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use SutraSuite.

By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activity under your account

  • Ensuring your content complies with applicable laws

You agree not to share, resell, or sublicense your account access.

4. Subscription & Billing

SutraSuite operates on a recurring subscription model.

By purchasing a plan:

  • You authorize recurring charges according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).

  • Charges will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Pricing may change with notice.

All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

5. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable.

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

  • You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior payments.

Upon cancellation, access to premium features may be suspended or terminated.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to SutraSuite.

By uploading content, you grant SutraSuite a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring your content:

  • Does not infringe intellectual property rights

  • Does not violate laws

  • Is not unlawful, abusive, or harmful

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the software

  • Interfere with platform security

  • Use the platform to distribute malware or spam

  • Misrepresent affiliation with SutraSuite

Violation may result in immediate termination.

9. No Professional Advice

 

SutraSuite provides software tools only.

We do not provide:

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

  • Tax advice

  • Medical advice

Users are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

SutraSuite shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue

  • Loss of data

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to SutraSuite in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

 

No Guarantee of Results

SutraSuite provides software tools designed to support business operations. We do not guarantee revenue growth, client acquisition, business success, or specific financial results. Individual outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, user effort, and business practices.

11. Platform Availability

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We are not liable for downtime due to:

  • Third-party providers

  • Hosting services

  • Payment processors

  • Force majeure events

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.

13. Intellectual Property

All SutraSuite software, branding, content, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of SutraSuite.

You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our intellectual property.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
